　View Summary

<b>目的</b>：教員養成課程においては、学生の授業実践力の向上が課題である。授業実践力は「教える教科内容の理解と授業を行う力（授業を構想・準備し、授業の中で実現する力）」とされ、理解した教科内容を授業として再構築していくことが求められる。本報では、授業の「構想・準備」段階に焦点をあて、学生が主体的にICTを用いて授業・教材づくりを行い、実践力の育成を試みた事例を報告する。<br><b>方法</b>：中学校家庭科の住生活領域「災害に備える」を題材に、冬季に発生した災害を想定し、身近にある物で暖かく過ごす工夫について考える授業を構想するよう指示した。生徒が科学的根拠をもとに、効果的な方法や工夫を考えられる手立てとなるような教材づくりを目指した。用いた機材は、iPad、赤外線サーモグラフィカメラ、電子黒板である。学生の指導は教科教育・教科専門が連携して行った。授業の構想、教材づくりの過程を観察し、学生の気付きに着目し分析を行った。<br><b>結果</b>：授業の構想・準備の中で、学生には様々な気付きがあり、構想と準備を行きつ戻りつしながら授業に対する意識をスパイラル的に深めて行った。学生の気付きを教科内容と授業構想の双方の視点から意味づけられるよう支援することが必要であると考えられた。授業づくりにおけるICTの活用は学生の試行錯誤を促し、効果的な使い方を考えることが授業の構想・準備段階での授業実践力を高めることにもつながっていた。

　View Summary

<b>目的</b> 本研究は、人口規模が小さく、かつ低人口密度の地域において、出来るだけ地域内居住の継続を可能とする「住まい」と「生活支援」のあり方について明らかにすることを目的としている。日本の高齢者福祉はスウェーデンの取り組みに影響を受けてきた。これまでストックホルムなど都市部での研究は蓄積があるが小規模地方都市の状況については把握されていない。本報では、スウェーデンの地方都市における高齢者福祉の実態を「住まい」と「生活支援」の視点から明らかにした。<br><b>方法</b> スウェーデンの人口1万人以下のコミューン(市)2ヶ所、N市とA市を訪問し、高齢福祉の関係者にヒアリング調査を実施した。調査は2015年3月に実施した。N市は若い世帯の流入があり高齢化率は17％、A市は退職後のUターンや社会的弱者の都市部からの流入により高齢化率24％で上昇傾向にある。 <b><br>結果</b> スウェーデンでは市の規模に関わらずニーズがあれば在宅ケアと在宅医療を24時間体制でサービスを提供しなければならない。近年は特別住宅の入居が減少し、在宅で介護を受ける人が増加傾向にあるが、小規模市では在宅センターが1ヶ所で、在宅ケアと在宅医療が緊密に連携を取り、迅速にサービスを提供することが出来ていた。人手不足を様々な技術活用等で補っていた。一方、ニーズは高いが高齢者住宅が不足または整備されていなかった。財政が厳しく、良い人材の確保が困難なこと、サービスの効率化が課題としてあげられた。

<strong>研究目的</strong> 本研究は、小学校家庭科における住居領域の中でも「清掃」に着目したものである。「清掃」は、特別活動として児童の多くが学校の中で日々経験している行為であり、「清掃などの当番活動等の役割と働くことの意義の理解」と位置付けられている。教科としての家庭科における「清掃」の扱いはそれとは異なるはずであるが、行為そのものが同じであるだけに混同して指導されていたり、教員の個人的な経験に基づいた指導がなされていたりする恐れがある。家庭科における「清掃」の授業で、児童に何を教えるべきなのか、その位置づけを明確にする必要がある。そこでまず、授業実施者である教員の「清掃」の授業に対する意識を把握するために、現職の教員および小学校教員を目指す大学生に対し、アンケート調査を実施した。本報では、小学校教員を目指す大学生を対象としたアンケート調査結果について報告する。<br /><strong>研究方法</strong> 4大学において小学校教員を目指す学生に対し、小学校家庭科の住居領域「清掃」に関する内容を取り扱う科目を受講していない段階でアンケート調査を実施した。配付および回収は、講義担当者に依頼し、講義時間中に行った。調査対象者は314名、調査期間は2016年10月～11月である。調査内容は、小学校の家庭科で「清掃」を教えることの必要性について、教員になった際、「清掃」の授業で児童に何を教えたらよいと思うか、自身の清掃経験について、日常生活の中での清掃の必要性について、などである。<br /><strong>結果</strong> アンケート調査の結果を以下に要約する。<br />①調査対象者の男女比は3.5：6.5と女性が多数を占め、自宅生と下宿生はほぼ半数ずつであった。平均年齢は20歳であった。<br />②小学校の家庭科の授業で記憶に残っているのは、「食物（調理実習）」(57％)、「被服」(35％)が多く、「住居」をあげた学生は皆無であった。また、「清掃」の授業を受けた記憶の「ある」学生は17％、「ない」は27％、「記憶にない」が56％と半数以上であった。「清掃」の授業が「住居」の領域と結びついていない学生が2割程度いることが分かった。<br />③家庭科で「清掃」を教えることは必要かどうかについて尋ねたところ、67％が「必要」と回答し、「必要ない」は8％とごく少数であった。また、「わからない」と回答した学生が25％いた。<br />④日常生活の中で掃除が必要かどうかの理由について9項目の中から一つを選択してもらった結果、「掃除をしないと不衛生だから」が最も多く56％、次いで「精神的によい（気持ちがすっきりする）」が20％、「健康に悪いから」13％と続き、「必要ない」は5％と少数だった。また、「家が傷むから」といった維持管理につながる選択肢への回答は0.7％とごくわずかであった。<br />⑤家庭において手伝い等で経験したことのある掃除内容を複数回答で尋ね、選択された項目数により調査対象者を４タイプに分類し、項目数が多いほど掃除経験値が高いとした。その結果、掃除経験値が低いと「雑巾がけ」、屋内外の「ほうき」の経験に乏しい。また「窓掃除」の経験値も低いなど、小学校で行っている掃除内容も家庭では経験していないことが分かった。全体的に「ほうき」は屋外よりも屋内での経験値が低く、また「畳の乾拭き」の経験値も低い。住宅の洋風化が掃除経験に影響を与えていると考えられる。<br />⑥前項の掃除経験値の分類を用いて③と④の設問の分析を行った。掃除経験値が高いほど家庭科で「清掃」の授業が「必要」と考え、低いと「必要ではない」または「わからない」の割合が高い。日常生活の中で掃除が必要な理由については、「不衛生だから」が掃除経験値の低いものが最も高い割合を示し、「健康に悪いから」では最も低い割合を示した。また、掃除経験値が高いと「精神的に良いから」の割合が高い傾向にあり、「すっきりした」といった個人的な経験が回答に影響していると考えられる。

<b>目的</b> 調査対象地域の奈良県T町は、街道沿いに残る伝統的な住宅を活用してシニア住民が自主的にまちづくり活動を行い、住民同士の交流が活発になるなどの成果を上げてきた。しかし、住民の高齢化が進み、活動の継続が危惧されている。今後のまちづくり活動、及び町並み維持のためには、住民の居住の継続が必要である。居住の継続を可能とする要因を探るため、2010年に自宅を訪問し、ヒアリング調査を実施したお宅を再訪問した。時間の経過による居住者の生活の変化、現在の住宅の状況を把握することを目的とし経年調査を実施した。本報では、居住の継続にもっとも大きく関わる住まいに視点を置き、実施されてきた住宅の改修や建て替えについての具体的事例を、居住状況および身体状況の変化との関係性から報告する。 <b><br>方法</b> 2010年に調査したお宅の中から了解を得られた6軒を再び訪問し、高齢者や同居家族に対してヒアリング調査を行った。調査項目は、前回調査からの家族構成・身体状況・生活の変化、住宅改修等の有無などである。調査期間は2015年6月26日～7月18日である。 <br> <b>結果</b> 調査対象6例のうち、家族構成に変化があったのは3例である。前回調査対象だった高齢者が亡くなっていたのが2例あった。前回調査から建替え、住宅改修を行ったのがそれぞれ3例あった。建替えや住宅改修のきっかけは、高齢者が亡くなった、子どもの勧め、維持するためなどだった。身体状況が低下し、住宅に不便感を感じている人もいた。

<b>目的</b>シニア住民主体のまちづくり活動に対する継続研究から、活動が地域住民の関係構築に寄与し、住民が地域の課題に意識を向ける契機となるなど住民の互助的関係づくりに寄与していることを明らかにした。しかし、若い世代の活動への関わりは少なく、今後の活動継続が危惧されている。そこで、この地域周辺に開発された新興住宅地の比較的若い世代の活動参加の可能性及び、参加を促す為の方策検討を目的に、まず、新興住宅地住民の属性や近隣関係、まちづくりに対する考えなど住民意識を明らかにした。<br><b>方法</b>奈良県T町の新興住宅地の全世帯を対象にアンケート調査を実施した。全戸を訪問し調査票を配付し（留守宅は郵便受けに投函）、回収は郵送で行った。配付数249票、有効回収数は80票(32.1％)だった。調査期間は2013年11～12月である。<br><b>結果</b>回答者は20代・30代の若年層が47％、40代・50代の中年層が29％、60代以上の高年層が24％であった。他世代に比べ高年層の近隣関係は希薄な傾向があり、深い関係も望んでいなかった。まちづくり活動の認知度は高く、活動への評価も高い。見に行く程度で活動に関わったことのある人は殆どいないが、参加・協力したい人は若年層・高年層で3割、中年層で2割いた。また、ボランティア活動への関心は高年層で高く、参加意欲は中年層で高かった。まちづくり活動への参加可能性は少なからず見込めると考えられ、今後、参加を促す方策を検討したい。<br>※本研究は平成25年度科学研究費（課題番号23500924）の助成を受けて実施されたものの一端である。

The purpose of this study is to collect data required for the control of odor in home care environments. We investigated the odor emission scene in home care environment. There are the following two in investigation of this study. In primary investigation, odors of the emission scene in elderly person's rooms were measured by the gas sensor. In secondary investigation, we measured the odors of the emission scene in elderly person's rooms by olfactory measurement method and gas chromatograph. Measurement items were odor concentration, odor Intensity, odor quality and odor component concentration.

As postwar baby-boomers reach old age, Japan is becoming a full-blown aged society. Under these circumstances, the country's policy on welfare for the elderly has shifted toward the support of home- and community-based alternatives to nursing-home placement. Improving home care environments is very important for family caregivers in order to lighten their burden. The condition of a home environment affects the quality of living of its residents. This study focused on the odors of elder care environments, because odors are one of the most important issues of long-term care environments. We conducted a hearing survey of caregivers living together with the elderly who use long-term care insurance. And we measured odors of home care environments.

　View Summary

<b>目的 </b>高齢期に要介護状態になってもできるだけ長く在宅生活の継続が求められている現在、介護者の介護負担の軽減及び、介護環境の改善は欠かせない。本研究は在宅での介護環境の質的向上を図るためにおいに焦点をあて、においの原因となる諸要因を明らかにし、適切な臭気対策を提案することを目的としている。本報は、在宅介護中の介護者のにおいの評価と介護環境の臭気濃度とを比較検討した結果である。<br><b>方法</b> 事前に実施した介護者に対するアンケート調査の回答者で、訪問調査への同意が得られた人の中から対象者を16名選定し、自宅を訪問して2時間程度の聞き取り調査、間取りの把握および臭気試料の採取方法の説明を行った。調査対象者には後日、居間、高齢者の寝室、玄関の3か所の臭気を採取・返送してもらい、嗅覚パネルにより臭気濃度を求めた。調査期間は2011年11～12月である。<br><b>結果 </b>介護者にとって排泄物のにおいは困りごととして捉えられており、対策が必要である。その発生源には「高齢者の部屋（以下、寝室）」、「トイレ」があげられている。「寝室」の臭気濃度は、7.4～98（室内犬のにおいが強烈な1軒を除く）で、平均値は21である。排泄物のにおいの発生源に11名が「寝室」をあげており、その臭気濃度の平均値は25と全体の平均値よりも高い。また、排泄物の臭気レベルが「強い」と評価された5件の寝室の平均値は23であったが、「弱い」場合（6件）の平均値は27だった。介護者の評価と測定値が一致していない。これは、おむつ交時や保管場所のふたを開けた瞬間といった介護者が最もにおいを強く感じる時の測定値ではないことと、通常時は意識的な換気により臭気濃度が低くなっているからと考えられる。

　View Summary

<b>目的</b> 本報では、在宅介護における介護環境の質的向上を目的として、特に、快・不快に大きな影響を与えるにおいに焦点をあて、その適切な対策方法について検討することを目的としている。<br><b>方法</b> 研究の方法は、その1と同様である。調査で介護生活の実態を伺った結果をもとに、特に介護者のにおい意識に関し、生活との関係性についてみる。調査内容は、介護生活の実態、住宅の状況、家族関係、住宅内の気になるにおいなどである。<br><b>結果</b> 「高齢者の部屋（以下、寝室）」の臭気濃度の平均値は21であるが、これは築2年の病室の臭気濃度31より低い<sup>1)</sup>。寝たきりで要介護5の2名は常時おむつを使用しているが、寝室の臭気濃度はそれぞれ23、7.4と低く、同じ要介護5でトイレ使用者の寝室の臭気濃度は74と高い。また、平均臭気濃度21以上の7件のうち、ポータブル１件、おむつ１件の他は基本的にトイレを使用しており、排泄の自立度と寝室の臭気濃度との関連性は低い。ほとんどが換気には気を配っているが、臭気濃度の高い家は対面に窓がないなど有効な換気がなされていない可能性もある。臭気濃度は低いがヒアリング時に寝室のにおいの問題を訴えていた介護者は、「寝室の掃除をさせてもらえない」など高齢者に対し不満を抱いている場合があり、高齢者との人間関係の善し悪しが、においの意識に影響を与えることもあると考えられる。<br>1）板倉朋世、光田恵、医療施設における病室内の臭気のレベルに関する研究、日本建築学会環境系論文集№625、2008、p.327-334<br>その1、その2の研究は、平成23年度科学研究費補助金（課題番号：22360244、研究代表者：光田恵））の助成を受けて実施されたものの一端である。

<B>目的<B/> 近年、要介護状態になっても住み慣れた地域の中で暮らし続けることが求められている。本研究は、高齢者が要介護期にも安心して地域との関わりを持ちながら生活を続けていくために必要な地域ケアのあり方について明らかにすることを目的としている。本報では地域密着型施設を自治体主導で整備し、その施設を拠点とした高齢者の地域居住の継続に取り組んでいる加賀市の事例について報告する。<BR><B>方法<B/> 2009年2月に加賀市に対してヒアリングを行うとともに、市内の地域密着型施設に指定された施設を訪問し、地域で暮らす高齢者の生活を支援する取り組みについてヒアリング調査を実施した。<BR><B>結果<B/> 加賀市の高齢者福祉は、これまで大規模施設の整備が中心であったが、2003年に厚生労働省の高齢者介護研究会が提出した「2015年の高齢者介護」を受けて、地域密着型施設整備へと方向転換し、高齢者がこれまでの生活を継続していけるよう街中にケア施設を整備することを進めている。加賀市の施設整備の特徴として、1.市が用地選定から運営内容に関し主導的役割を担っている、2.事業者の公募の際にマニフェストを提出させ、審査も公開している、3.地域との交流を積極的に図ることを求めている、4.事業所に2ヶ月に1度、市職員や地域住民、入居者家族等を入れた運営推進会議開催を義務付けていることなどが上げられる。施設整備が成功している理由としては、1.市と事業所が理念を共有したこと、2.病院等を経営している福祉法人をバックに持つ事業所が多く小規模でも経営の心配がないこと、3.地域住民に対する説明をきちんと行っていること、などがあげられる。

<B>目的<B/> その2では、高齢者が地域との関わりを持ちながら生活を継続していくための各事業所の取り組みについて報告する。<BR><B>方法<B/> 2009年2月に加賀市の地域密着型施設の指定を受けた事業所4ヶ所を訪問し、運営者に対するヒアリング調査を実施した。<BR><B>結果<B/> 訪問した施設は、小規模多機能施設2ヶ所、グループホーム1ヶ所、小規模特養1ヶ所である。地域密着型施設は認知症の高齢者の利用がほとんどで、地域住民の認知症に対する理解が得られないと利用者の地域生活の継続は困難という認識のもと、どの事業所も地域との関係づくりのために、地域の行事に参加したり事業所の行事に地域住民を招いたりしていた。しかし、施設の種類によって地域との関係の持ち方は異なる。施設の特徴として、小規模多機能施設は日中の通いが中心で、高齢者の在宅生活支援に主眼を置いている。グループホームと小規模特養は、施設が高齢者の「住まい」であり、日常生活の安定と豊かさに主眼に置いている。そのため地域との関係は、小規模多機能施設は、施設を地域に開き地域住民が気軽に立ち寄れる場を目指しており、近隣の高齢者が昼食を食べに来る、地域のお坊さんの法話に地域住民が聴きに来るなどの事例があった。グループホームと小規模特養の場合は、入居者が街へ出かけ、出先で地域の人達と交流しており、買い物や喫茶店に出掛ける、馴染みの散髪屋へ行くなどの事例があった。また、街中立地により家族の訪問は多い。積極的に外へ出かけ地域の人と顔見知りになることで、入居者が施設を抜け出してしまった際、近所の人が見つけてくれるなど安心感にもつながっている。<BR>本研究は、平成20年度科学研究費補助金（課題番号19500645）の助成を受けて実施されたものの一端である。

本研究の目的は、要介護度高齢者が、重度化せずに在宅生活を継続するために必要な支援について明らかにすることである。そのためには、生活の基盤として、安心して住み続けることのできる住宅の整備が最も重要だと考え、これまでに住宅改修について研究を行なってきた。本稿では福祉先進国と言われているスウェーデンの住宅改修の実態を報告し、在宅生活を継続していくために必要な支援策についてスウェーデンの事例をもとに考察する。

介護保険制度が施行されて4年が経過し、来年度は介護保険制度全体の見直しが初めて行われる。この見直しにあたっては、「介護予防」、「痴呆ケア」とともに、「地域ケア」の重要性が謳われている。今までの施設か在宅かの二者択一ではなく、高齢者の生活を支える新しいシステムが模索されている。本研究は、地域ケアのシステムがまだ不十分な現在、地域に住み続けることを「在宅生活の継続」として捉え、高齢者が在宅でできるだけ長く自立した生活を継続するために必要な生活環境整備条件について検討することを目的としている。介護保険制度施行直後からこれまで、京都府相楽郡木津町において要介護高齢者の生活実態を明らかにするべく調査を行ってきた。しかしながら、木津町は三世代同居を可能とする安定した家族形態と経済力を有した地域であったため、介護保険制度のサービス利用も必要最低限に抑えられていた。そこで、より社会的生活支援のニーズが高いと思われる東大阪市を調査対象地域として、今後の地域ケアのあり方を検討する際の資料となり得る都市における在宅高齢者の生活実態を詳細なヒアリング調査により明らかにした。

介護保険制度が施行された3年が経過したが、わが国の高齢化率は上昇の一途をたどり、団塊の世代が高齢期に入る2010年には高齢化率が20%を超えると言われている。団塊の世代は、新しい価値観をもち、現在の高齢者とは異なるライフスタイルを送っていると考えられる。これからの高齢社会のあり方を考える上で、この団塊の世代を無視することはできない。そこで本研究は、団塊の世代を含む50歳以上64歳未満の人たちと、65歳以上の要介護認定を受けていない健常な高齢者を対象にアンケート調査を実施し、熟年老と高齢者の比較によりこれからの高齢者の住まいのあり方をさぐろうとするものである。本稿では、熟年老の全体像を把握するために、年齢構成別、居住地域別の分析を軸に、生活設計、将来の住まい方意向、介護観、住宅改善について高齢者との比較考察を行なった。
