三次元形状計測装置は,製造・医療など様々な分野から高速な計測かつ小型な装置が求められている.そこで本研究では,光源の点灯位置の切り替えにより位相シフトを行う光源切替位相シフト法を用いた形状計測装置を提案する.装置で用いるプロジェクタは複数の光源と格子のみであり,従来の装置に比べ光源の点灯位置を切り替える速度で位相シフトを行うため高速な計測,また簡単な構成のため小型装置の製作が可能である.今回は,高速な計測が可能である本手法にて高速度カメラを用いて12kHzで撮影を行った.その際3回の位相シフトを行ったので4000回/sの速さで3次元計測結果を得ることができた.その時の静的試料と動的試料に対しての精度評価を行った.

これまでに2次元格子の位相解析をリアルタイムに行うことができる「サンプリングモアレカメラ」を開発した.このカメラは,構造物の変位分布のリアルタイム計測に適用できる.本研究では,2次元格子の位相解析がリアルタイムに行えることを利用し,全空間テーブル化手法を用いることで投影された2次元格子画像を用いて奥行きの深い物体の三次元形状計測を行う.

A Sampling moire method is one of the convenient phase analysis methods. The accuracy of phase difference analysis is from 1/100 to 1/1000 of the grating pitches. This method is useful to a real-time deformation measurement because the two-dimensional phase analysis can be performed from a single shot two-dimensional grating image. We developed a sampling moire camera which can analyze the two-dimensional displacement images in real-time by using the sampling moire method. The camera is composed of a C-MOS sensor, an FPGA, memory modules and a USB interface. A twodimensional grating image on the object is taken by the CMOS sensor in synchronization with a camera trigger. The algorithm mentioned previous was written into the FPGA. The two-dimensional grating images analyzed from one-shot image by the FPGA and outputted in real-time. It is confirmed that the camera can measure static displacement in high accuracy. However, it is not confirmed that the camera can measure dynamic displacement in high accuracy. In this paper, the accuracy of dynamic displacement measurement by using sampling moire camera is confirmed. And the sampling moire camera was applied to measure dynamic displacement of train bridges while a train is passing. © 2012 SPIE.

Calibration method using sampling moire method for phase-shifting digital holography with multiple imaging devices

Phase-shifting digital holography is a convenient method to measure displacement and strain distributions. To simplify the optical setup is required for producing more compact equipment. In this paper, a calibration method using a sampling moire method for phase-shifting digital holography with multiple imaging devices is proposed. It is, however, difficult to find the corresponding points on the each reconstructed images taken by each imaging sensors. A 2-D grating reference plate is used. The two-dimensional (2-D) phase map of the 2-D grating pattern can be analyzed accurately. The principle and the experimental results to apply to the deformation measurement are shown. © 2012 SPIE.

In this study, we present a new wireless driving and energy supplying method for micro robot system using external magnetic field. This study divides three parts. The first part is development of energy supply and signal transmission system which uses electromagnetic induction. Also applying magnetic field system to occur electro motive force was developed. The second part is development of propulsion system using IPMC flagellum. In the third part, a macro model robot system was assembled using stereo lithography technique, and it was tested. As a result, IPMC flagellum wireless drive by external magnetic field was succeeded.
