In recent years, education policies include the introduction of zero tolerance and school standards. When the two are united and the "Zero Tolerance-Standard System"is established, the school will further strengthen the oppression and control of children,leading to the exclusion of children with various difficulties from the school. In such a school situation,we will develop interpersonal relationship guidance and group guidance in multiple layers while staying close to children with difficulties as coexisting others,based on the care and self-government that are required now. I would like to clarify the composition of the practice of group-guidance.

"Black school rules"have become a major social issue. At the same time, a girl student at Osaka Prefectural High School filed a claim for damages with the Osaka District Court and filed a lawsuit, and the situation has come to mention the need for the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology,students and parents to participate in the review of school rules.ing.In some high schools, the tripartite council is working independently as a decision-making mechanism for children,parents,and faculty members. In this paper,we focus on the revision of school rules through the tripartite council at Kokawa High School in Wakayama Prefecture,and try to examine the possibility.

We will take up Hiroshi Kishimoto, an elementary school teacher who has made major theoretical and practical contributions to the educational practice for the formation of basic academic ability after the war, and divide it into five periods from the perspective of life history research.I have clarified the whole picture of my work.In this paper,Kishimoto's closest teacher is to examine what kind of meaning and value this Kishimoto's theory and practice of basic academic ability formation had in the subsequent educational practice and educational movement. At the same time, focusing on Itsuki Kubo, who has been self-forming as a teacher under the influence of an educational culture different from Kishimoto,the educational practice of the time of Kyoto Municipal Shinbayashi Elementary School, when Kubo's practice flourished most. To take up. Then, through the theme of building academic ability,we will try to analyze whether Kubo promoted the school building of Shinbayashi Elementary School as an initiative of the entire faculty and staff group, not as an individual practice.

1998年の学習指導要領の改訂で新設された「総合的な学習の時間」は、2008年、2017年の学習指導要領の改訂を経て、いっそう地域とのつながりを強めて来ている。では、こうした地域の特色とは何か。それを地域の教育力やモノ・コト・人環境の視点から分析し、地域の特色を山間部・沿岸部と都市部・都市近郊とに分けて、そこでの総合的な学習のあり方について考察を行った。最後に、総合的な学習を通して、地域に子どもの居場所や子ども集団を生み落とすことの大切さを指摘した。

兵庫県の小学校教諭である岸本裕史は、「百ます計算」などの読み・書き・計算の習熟を徹底して追究するための教材の開発と授業の創造を行うことを通して、戦後の教育実践史において、基礎学力論を発展させた人物である。しかし、こうした岸本の教育実践の教育的価値は、必ずしも教育方法学や教育実践学の研究のなかにきちんと位置付けられている訳ではない。そこで、本研究では、こうした岸本の教育実践研究上の成果が、彼のライフヒストリーのなかでどのように生成されてきたのかを明らかにすることを目的とする。本稿は、本研究の第３報であり、５期に区分した岸本のライフヒストリーのうち、最後の第５期を取り扱う。

生活科も本格実施から5年目を迎え、一つの転換点を迎えている。私たちは、このような問題意識から、子どもが自らの問いを持ち、主体としての学びを展開していくなかで、確かな学力と人格を育てる新しいタイプの生活科の実践の創造を追求してきた。本研究は、二年間にわたって、単元「麦茶をつくろう」の開発に取り組んだものであり、大麦の持っ教材的価値と実践的可能性について明らかにした。

In Japan, we are now being confronted by the many problrems in the developmet of children-delinquency, school refusal and so on. In order to find the solution of these problems, we have to analyze the developmental task of children really and guide them in their every practical task. The mam results are as follows. 1 ) The developmental task of children is analyzed in view of "repletion", "shift" and "restoration". 2 ) The practice in school-guidance is constructed on the level of "an individual", "communication- cooperation" and "self-government". 3 ) The practical task is set "individually", "to any group" and "to all".
